Sprint close — first playable night street Added

YAKO now has a coherent PS1 walking loop you can actually step into:

    • First-person mouse look + WASD movement relative to facing.
    • PSX post FX (320×240, band dithering, vertex snap) with tunable precision_multiplier.
    • Night scene: pixel star sky, cool moon, blue-grey fog, sodium lamp bloom via reusable LampPost.tscn.
    • Full cigarette state machine (carton → smoke → burn out → auto reload) with GPU smoke.
    • Reusable NPC system with typewriter dialogue, white outline, procedural blip voices.

    The walk begins Started

Project pitched and scaffolded in Godot 4.6. The creative direction settled: a non-verbal story about a girl who ran away, walking a midnight Japanese street. The name has two halves — the romanised YAKO and the Japanese 夜行 (yako, "night walking").

    • Set up repo (YAKO_Demo_Godot3D) and project config.
    • Authored design notes and a project guide to keep setup reproducible.
    • Targeting a space for Taylor's Mental Wellness Campaign (October 2026).
